Take Action Against Santhosh Churamoola For Threatening Journalists, Appeal To Government

The office bearers of Ramadurga Press Club and Karnataka State Working Journalists’ Voice have jointly submitted a memorandum to the government through Tahsildar demanding action against Santhosh Churamoola for harassing journalists.

Speaking on the occasion, Subhas Godakhe and Mallikarjun Dupada, Presidents of Janapara Sangathana, said, in the presence of Kagwad MLA Raju Kage, a video of one Santosh Churamoola threatening media persons has gone viral.

When Raju Kage, who participated in the jatra mahotsava, Santosh Churamoola threatened to enter journalists house and break their hands and legs if the media reported about him in a different way.

Hence, the working journalists of Ramadurga Press Club and Karnataka State Working Journalists’ Voice Association submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Home Minister G Parameshwara through Tahsildars demanding security for the journalists and action against Santosh Churamoola.

Ramadurga Press Club President Mallikarjun Dupada and office-bearers and Taluk President of Working Journalists’ Voice Association MK Yadawada and office-bearers were present.
