Police case filed against ‘Valimai’ director H Vinoth and producer Boney Kapoor

Ajith’s action drama ‘Valimai’, which is directed by H Vinoth, has been marked as a hit as the film is doing well at the box office. Also, Boney Kapoor, who produced the film, is happy about the film’s response, however, it seems all is not well with the film as a Lawyer association has filed a case against the film’s director and producer. According to them, the lawyers in the film have been misrepresented. Therefore, they have filed a complaint against the ‘Valimai’ director and producer in Chennai Police Commissioner’s Office and requested the official to take appropriate action against them.
Despite the box office triumph, the police complaint against the director and producer has disturbed the team and the fans. ‘Valimai’ has reportedly grossed close to Rs 150 crores worldwide at the end of the first weekend, and the film holds good on weekdays as it went houseful in many centers in Tamil Nadu yesterday.
‘Valimai’ is a loaded action drama mixed with emotional scenes, and the film has been slowly transforming into a family drama. Ajith played the role of a cop, while Kartikeya takes on him in his Tamil debut. Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored the music for the film, while the final mixing and patchwork has been done by Ghibran.
