Mrunal Thakur and Vijay Deverakonda are all set to captivate audiences with their upcoming film ‘The Family Star’, directed by Parasuram. The movie is scheduled for release on April 5. The makers are currently immersed in promoting the film. During an event, the lead actress expressed her gratitude for getting into Telugu cinema. At a recent pre-release event, Thakur humbly expressed her gratitude towards the Telugu audience, acknowledging their love for her previous films namely, ‘Sita Ramam’ and ‘Hi Nanna’.

Reflecting on her experience working on the film, Thakur revealed that the initial days were quite challenging for her. However, she soon became deeply invested in her character, Indhu, realizing that she was the perfect fit for the role. Mrunal Thakur expressed her affection for the character and the entire filmmaking process.
Additionally, Thakur shared her excitement about working with Vijay Deverakonda, referring to him as every girl’s dream co-star. She praised his versatility and expressed her anticipation to witness him transition from his signature ‘rowdy’ persona to the role of a family star.
