Monthly ‘Not Self-Employed’ Claim Mandatory For Yuvanidhi Scheme

Under Karnataka State’s ambitious Yuvanidhi scheme, the candidates who have passed their graduation, post graduation degree and diplomas in the academic year 2022-23 and qualified in 2023 are already registered in Seva Sindhu Portal and candidates who have completed 180 days as unemployed after the result will be given direct cash transfer on January 2024. If candidates want to get this benefit every month, they have to self-declare that they are unemployed, not pursuing studies and not self-employed. In the current month,  till 29th February 2024, provision is made to submit self-declaration certificate in Seva Sindhu portal. It has been informed that direct cash transfer will not be made to the eligible candidates receiving the benefit if they do not self-declare every month.  An SMS message will be sent to the candidates and they must have an Aadhaar seeded bank account. Candidates can visit the website https://sevasindhugs.karnataka.gov.in/ to self-declare, the Commissioner of Industrial Training and Employment said in a release.
