The 15th meeting of Sri Male Mahadeshwara Constituency Authority was held and a decision was taken to construct a Hi-Tech Dasoha building on the model of Tirupati to facilitate the devotees of Madappa. Mujarai Minister Ramalingareddy said.
Thousands of pilgrims and devotees are coming to Sri Kshetra Male Mahadeshwara hill in recent days. The construction of Talabetta and Dasoha center at a cost of 9.5 crores was discussed.
A grant of 13.5 crores was supposed to be released from the government for the drainage works constructed under the jurisdiction of Male Madeshwar Hill Authority. In this regard, the Minister instructed the Deputy Secretaries of the Finance Department and the Sewerage Board to give grants as soon as possible.
Deputy Conservator Chandrasekhar Patil instructed the forest department not to disturb the construction of the stairs from Talabetta to Katthi Pavad and to complete the work soon.
MLAs AR Krishnamurthy, Madhu G Madegowda, MLC Dr Thimmaiah, Manjegowda, District In-charge Secretary Manjunath Prasad, Commissioner of Mujarai Department Basavarajendra, Deputy Commissioner r Shilpanag, Authority Secretary Saraswatti, ZP CEO, Superintendent of Police, Secretary of Public Works Department and other officials were present.
