A Police constable committed suicide by hanging himself in the wake of a family dispute, which took place on Thursday night in the rest room of the Police quarters in Sakaleshpur town.
Somashekhar (39) was a constable who committed suicide. He was appointed to the District Armed Forces, and his wife, who was a teacher, had filed a complaint with the DySP accusing Somasekhara, who was working as the driver of the 112 emergency service Police vehicle of Sakaleshpur Police station, of domestic violence. Due to this, it is suspected that he has committed suicide.
The police visited the place and inspected. The incident took place in Sakleshpur Town Police station.
