District in-charge Minister Lakshmi Hebbalkar along with her family visited the famous Kollur Mookambika temple and had darshan of the deity. The Minister, who arrived was accorded a warm welcome by the Temple Management.
Hebbalkar, who is also the Minister for Women and Child Development, offered special pujas to Goddess Mookambika for the betterment of the state. Minister Laxmi Hebbalkar and her son Mrinal Hebbalkar were felicitated by the temple management. She then had dinner with her family members. As soon as they saw the Minister in the temple premises, some people rushed to take selfies. However, in the wake of the Minister’s visit, the temple management had made elaborate security arrangements for her.
