The Elite Pro Basketball League (EPBL) and Elite Women’s Pro Basketball League (EWPBL) have introduced an innovative league structure in India known as CUE (Collegiate. Uprising. Elite). CUE aims to provide a developmental pathway for emerging basketball talent, offering opportunities to compete at the highest levels of the sport. As part of CUE, the Uni Slam Series is introduced, inviting college players to exhibit their skills by forming open teams and competing for the coveted title. The champions of the Uni Slam Series will earn the prestigious opportunity to advance to the U League, a developmental league. Players showcasing exceptional skills in the Uni Slam Series also have the chance to be directly drafted into any professional teams in the EPBL & EWPBL. The team winning the U League each season will be promoted and added as an additional team in the EPBL & EWPBL.
