Special Representative of the State Government to Delhi TB Jayachandra said that the state government has established the Kadu Golla Corporation for the development of Kadu Golla so that the people of that community can benefit.
Rs 20 crores has been given to Kadugolla Corporation in the current year’s budget and they have called to utilise that money in the current financial year itself.
TB Jayachandra held a discussion with Backward Classes Department Secretary Tulsi Muddineni regarding the utilisation of the privileges available under the Kadugolla Corporation.
Speaking on the occasion, Backward Classes Department Secretary Tulsi Muddineni said that currently there is Rs 20 crores in the Kadugolla Corporation, money will be given to those who are self-employed including goat and sheep farming, to install tube wells and to provide educational loans.
Applications should be submitted on the Seva Sindhu portal in the next month through Grama-One centers in the state.
Meanwhile, Jayachandra spoke to Backward Classes and Kannada Culture Minister Shivraj Thangadi on phone and requested them to call a meeting of MLAs of these three districts as soon as possible and take effective measures.
