Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister K.S. Eshwarappa is talking about Hinduism and temples as if they are lease holders. Akhila Karnataka D.K said that like Ayodhya, Eidgah Maidan, Baba Budangiri, people’s religious sentiments in Sabarimala have been aroused and they have made it the center of controversy to gain political advantage in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Shivkumar Fans Association District President, KPCC Coordinator R. Mohan alleged. Providing basic facilities to Sabarimala pilgrims is essential. However, under the pretext of this, KS said that a big movement will be held in Sabarimala in Kerala. Eshwarappa has given instructions to make this a center of controversy. The Kerala government has been consolidating resources from temple income for development. But it is not right to target the government there. Coordination between the center and the states is essential in a federal system. The center should not poke its nose in the administration of the state out of malicious intent.
