In a shocking incident in Guni Agrahara, northern Bengaluru, a woman reportedly threw acid on a group of cattle that regularly grazed near her residence. The locals are expressing their outrage at this act of cruelty towards the innocent animals. A vacant lot near the woman’s house was a common grazing ground for more than fifteen cows. These cows would often come to feed on fruits, vegetables, and grass in the area. Angered by their presence, the woman allegedly attacked them by hurling acid, causing serious injuries. The acid used for bathroom cleaning was reportedly the substance thrown on the cows. Two cows belonging to Rajanna, four to Naganna, three to Prakash, two to Gangamma, three to Krishna, three to Shriram, and one to Madan were among the seriously injured animals. The acid has resulted in burns on their bodies, causing immense pain. In response, the owners of the affected cows have collectively filed a case at the Soladevanahalli police station, urging authorities to take action against the responsible woman for this inhumane act.
