Responding to the urgent situation in Tamil Nadu following Cyclone Michong, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Belgaum has launched a relief initiative. A vehicle carrying food items and essential daily necessities set off today from the BJP office in Belgaum as part of the efforts to aid the people of Tamil Nadu. The initiative aligns with the call from Prime Minister Narendra Modi to address the distressing conditions faced by the cyclone-affected population in Tamil Nadu. Prominent figures present at the launch included Anil Benake, the City District President of Belgaum and former MLA, along with MLAs SR Vishwanath, Satish Reddy, Prabhu Chauhan, former Legislative Council member Mahantesh Kawatagimath, and various party leaders, office bearers, and workers.
