Amidst this, a heartwarming incident unfolded when a bank employee, Divya Priyadarshini, lost a gold ring worth more than 30 thousand while traveling on the metro. Divya, an Associate at the State Bank of India’s Hoskote branch, realized the loss while commuting from Sangolli Rayanna Metro Station to Benniganahalli Station. Swiftly taking action, Divya informed the controller room about the missing gold ring. The Home Guards, upon locating the ring, promptly handed it over to BMRCL Assistant Safety Officer KN Rajanna. The ring, discovered near the ladies’ coach when the train stopped at the 2nd platform of Benniganahalli metro station, was returned to Divya on Monday around 6.45 pm. The honesty and efficiency of the Home Guards, particularly Shilpa GR and Eswaramma, received commendation for their role in returning the valuable ring. This incident has garnered praise for the Metro staff, showcasing their dedication to ensuring the safety and well-being of commuters.
