On Friday afternoon, a staggering amount of Rs 13 lakh was reported stolen from a parked BMW car near the sub-register’s office in Sompura, near Sarjapur. The brazen act was captured on CCTV, revealing two unidentified culprits on a motorbike breaking the window glass of a BMW X5 car and swiftly making off with the cash kept inside. The victim, Babu, a resident of Anekal Taluk in Bengaluru, has filed a case with the Sarjapur Police Station, prompting an immediate investigation into the matter.
