Projects of Kalyana Karnataka will be approved by April end: CM Basavaraj Bommai

An amount of Rs 3000 has been reserved for overall development of Kalyan Karnataka in the present budget.  The action plan for the development projects will be approved within the last week of April, said Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.

 He was speaking at the unveiling of various projects   organised by Basava Kalyana Kshetra Samithi, Basava Kalyan Vikasa Academy of Kalaburgi to make Basava Kalyana a beautiful cultural city.

  The government will also bring development of the Kalyan Karnataka region along with the rationalisation.  All action plans will be approved during the last week of April to ensure that development programs reach every house of the villages.  Filling of 14000 posts have been already approved for this region.  In this, approval is given for recruitment of 5000 teachers.  The government has determined to develop the area by accomplishing the ideologies of 371J, he said.

Anubhava Mantapa to start during first week of May:

The Anubhava Mantapa building will start functioning officially from May first week.   This will help in continuous revolution and will give the impetus to social and rational thinking.  Former chief minister Yediyurappa had reserved 500 crores for the Anubhava Mantappa and started the ideology.  

The government will provide protection for the monuments of sharanas along with overall development of Basava Kalyan, he said. 

 Development of Kalyan Karnataka:

As a result of dedication, commitment of Basavaraja Patil Sedam, the development of Kalyan Karnataka is in progress.     A special committee has been formed for skilled human resources growth and overall development of Kalyan Karnataka region and an amount of Rs 200 crore is sanctioned for this.

In each village, he is working for the development of comprehensive Kalyan Karnataka, such as training, skill development, employment, healthcare, education, incentives for integrated business transactions. The government will extend its full cooperation for this, he said.  

Basavanna’s ideologies applicable always:

 The 12th century was an important transitional century for India. Basaveshwara was the one who gave up the ideals and way of life for the common people. The history of man was taught by saying, “Do not insult, do not kill” which are applicable for all times, he said.
