Wide demand is being heard for the sacrifice of Prasannanandpuri Swamiji Peeth of Valmiki Gurpeeth in Davangere Rajanahalli. For this reason Sri Maharshi Valmiki Gurpeeth Protection Struggle Committee held an open meeting on Monday at Gandhi Bhavan.
In the meeting, various patriarchs of the Valmiki Samaj, leaders of various organisations of the state participated and expressed their outrage against Prasannanandpuri Swamiji. The Swamiji has no culture, speaks unspeakable and obscene words with everyone. He was a disciple of Chitradurga’s Muruga Math and have no education and use the word like this.
Vardaneshwar Swamiji of Golapalli, Raichur district said that Sri Punyanandpuri Swami, the previous guru, has shed sweat for our Samaj. They worked day and night and built the monastery. built educational institutions and after the arrival of Prasannanandpuri Swamiji they have disappeared. We are not going anywhere because of their fight.
Trustee Dr. Rangaiah said, earlier there were only 13 people in this Rajanahalli Trust. But Satish Jarakiholi, who was the President, also gave Prasannanandapuri Swamiji the post of President.
