Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan has left people curious about the movie, ever since it was announced. But more so, after the makers dropped the power-packed prevue. There’s a lot of buzz surrounding the film and the expectations are high. During a recent ask SRK session, Shah Rukh had revealed that ‘Jawan’ will be releasing in IMAX 3D as well.
However, a recent report, suggests that the film won’t release overseas in 3D, but only in the IMAX and 4DX screen format. Yet, the advance bookings of Jawan look huge in USA, Germany and Netherlands. The advance bookings of the film have opened overseas and it’s very encouraging. These shows have been publicized on Pathé’s website and two cinemas Pathé Spuimarkt IMAX and Pathé Ypenburg, both located in The Haque have commenced advance bookings which look big.
Well, the weekend gone by has been phenomenal for the cinemas with movies like Gadar 2, OMG 2, Jailer and Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani bringing up some crazy numbers at the box office. The weekend gone by, can perhaps be called the best weekend at the theatres, post pandemic and that has further given hope for many new films to follow as audiences are flocking back to the theares.
Jawan also starring Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi along with SRK is set to release on September 7. The makers are going to launch a romantic trade today, called Chaleya featuring Shah Rukh and Nayanthara, choreographed by Farah Khan. The film is directed by Atlee.
