It is known that National Award-winning actor Dhanush will soon be teaming up with National Award-winning film-maker and popular Tollywood director Sekhar Kammula. The Dhanush-Sekhar Kammula film tentatively known as D51 will be made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. The latest is that actress Rashmika Mandanna has been roped in to play the female lead in the film.
This will be Rashmika Mandanna’s first association with Dhanush, Sekhar Kammula, and Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP. The pretty actress was last seen in Vijay-starrer Varisu in Tamil after making her Tamil debut with Karthi-starrer ‘Sulthan’ in 2021. The makers are also in talks with some very big names to be a part of this project. The details of the other cast and technical crew will be announced soon. The film is produced by Narayan Das K Narang, Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under their banners Sree Venkateswara Cinemas and Amigos Creations.
