The Delhi High Court has given interim relief to Karisma Kapoor’s children, Samaira and Kiaan Kapur, in a family property case. It restrains Priya Kapur from selling or transferring key assets of the late industrialist Sunjay Kapur estate during the case. The dispute involves a will worth about Rs 30,000 crore, which the children claim is forged and unfair. Justice Jyoti Singh said the estate must be preserved until the final judgment. The court also barred Priya Kapur from withdrawing funds or altering company shares and crypto assets linked to the estate while allowing only essential expenses for children support.
