Actor Roshan Meka, son of veteran actor Srikanth, is gearing up for his biggest role yet in the upcoming sports-action drama “Champion.” The film is produced by Swapna Cinema, a banner celebrated for backing quality storytelling, and directed by National Award winner Pradeep Advaitham.
The newly released teaser has already impressed viewers with its grand visuals and high-end production quality. Roshan, who first won hearts as a charming lover boy in Pelli SandaD, now steps into a more intense avatar, blending athletic grit with action-packed moments.
In Champion, Roshan plays Michael Williams, a talented footballer who finds himself caught in high-stakes challenges both on and off the field. The teaser teases thrilling war sequences and emotionally charged gameplay, hinting at a story that goes far beyond sports.
Malayalam actress Anaswara Rajan makes her Tollywood debut as the female lead, adding freshness to the ensemble. The film is jointly produced by Priyanka Dutt, GK Mohan, and Gemini Kiran under Swapna Cinema, Anandi Art Creations, and Concept Films, with Zee Studios presenting it.
Music is composed by Mickey J. Meyer, whose score adds a stirring touch to the visuals. Promising a perfect mix of emotion, energy, and grandeur, Champion is slated to release in cinemas on December 25, 2025.
