Ashok Selvan And Shantanu Bhagyaraj’s Sports Drama Titled ‘Blue Star’

Actors Shantanu Bhagyaraj and Ashok Selvan are gearing up for the release of their next film directed by debutant S Jayakumar, associate of Pa Ranjith. Billed as a sports drama, the film shooting was wrapped up in January this year and the movie makers now took to social media to announce the title of the film. Produced by Pa Ranjith under his production banner, the movie has been titled, Blue Star.
The film is a cricket-based sports film and the first look poster and titled reveal of the movie has been received well. The poster has Ashok Selvan with a team of players mirroring with Shantanu Bhagyaraj and his team. The movie is said to revovle around Ashok Selvan and Shantanu Bhagyaraj who has cricket players have constant face-off as they belong to different teams. The music for the movie is composed by Govind Vasantha and the film also has a rap song. Ashok Selvan and Shanthanu play their roles as young county cricket players from the Chennai suburbs and recently in a public gathering, Shantanu reportedly said that he reduced 10ks of weight and along with Ashok Selvan maintained a full and clean shave look as they played their roles as young men. The movie makers along with the title reveal also released the movie’s anthem. Look at the video here!
