Police Raid On 1,500 Rowdy Homes, Weapons Seized

Police raided the houses of more than 1,500 rowdies in the city in the early hours of the morning in the wake of the state general election and seized the weapons and arrested rowdies from their houses. Besides, police has issued a stern warning not to show any rowdies. The police have raided the houses of rowdy sheeters in all the police stations of West and South Divisions of Bengaluru. The police raided the houses of the rowdies early in the morning and searched more than five hundred houses of the rowdies in the city. During the police raid, many longs were found. Some of the rowdies, whose warrants were pending, were found in the house, and the police seized the weapons and the rowdies. On the instructions of Additional Commissioner of Police Sandeep Patil, an attack was carried out by the officers led by DCPs in Bengaluru West Zone. Houses of rowdies were raided in Central Division, South Division, West Division and North Division. The residence of more than five hundred hoodlums was attacked, and the hoodlums, who did not have weapons, should not go for any party during the election. Also, the police have warned against rowdyism. In the wake of the state general election, when the houses of the rowdies were raided, some of them did not attend the police station even though warrants were issued. Therefore, the police arrested more than 20 rowdy sheeters who had warrants in force.
