Salman Khan joins sets of Chiranjeevi-starrer Godfather for cameo

As we already reported, Telugu Megastar Chiranjeevi is doing a Telugu remake of Malayalam super hit film ‘Lucifer’ under the direction of Tamil director Mohan raja, the film is in news again for a happy reason.
As we recently reported, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan who has done several Telugu remakes and dubbed his films into Telugu in the past is now acting in a direct Telugu film for the first time will be co-starring Chiranjeevi. He is reportedly shooting with Chiranjeevi from today in Mumbai in a special set erected in the Mumbai Suburbans.
Salman will be reprising the role of Prithviraj Sukumaran character in the Telugu remake while Chiranjeevi will be doing a role in Mohanlal from the Original. The film will also star Nayanthara, Satyadev Kancharana, Harish Uthaman, Sachin Khedekar, Nassar and others who play other important roles in the film.
The film’s cinematography is being handled by Nirav Shah, while the film’s music is taken care of S.Thaman. The film’s first cut will be reportedly edited by the director himself whereas the final cut will be done by Multiple National awards winning editor A.Sreekar Prasad.
Interestingly, the film is being made with a whopping budget of Rs 260 Crores.
