Actor-lyricist Arunraja Kamaraj made his directorial debut with ‘Kanaa’, a sports drama starring Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead. The Sivakarthikeyan’s debut production venture ‘Kanaa’ turned out to be a hit film receiving critical acclaim and striking the right chords with the audience. Now, the latest is that the film is all set to release in China.
The film will release across China on March 18, 2022. Interestingly, the film also has Sivakarthikeyan making a guest appearance. The film also stars Darshan, Ilavarasu, Ramadoss, Rama and Anthony Bharadwaj in supporting roles. Music composer Dhibu Ninan Thomas has been roped in to score for the film. ‘Kanaa’ revolves around Sathyaraj, a farmer, and his daughter Aishwarya Rajesh, who aspires to become a cricketer. The rest of the film is about the challenges faced by Aishwarya to make her entry into the national team.
