Amandeep Drall and Jasmine Shekar are tied for the lead after the second round of the Hero Women’s Pro Golf Tour’s 15th and final leg on Thursday. Amandeep fired a steady 2-under 70 for the second consecutive day, bringing her total to 4-under 140. Despite two bogeys in her first four holes, Amandeep made an impressive comeback with three birdies between holes five and eight.
Jasmine Shekar also had a solid round, carding a 1-under 71 to join Amandeep at the top with a 4-under total. Jasmine struggled with two early bogeys but managed to recover with four birdies and three bogeys during her round.
Sneha Singh (71) and Nayanika Sanga (73) are tied for third place, with scores of 2-under 142. Hitaashee Bakshi, leading the Order of Merit, is in fifth place after a 1-under 143 (69-73) and will look to make a move in the final round.
Vidhatri Urs, who has won three times this season, shot a 2-under 70 and is tied for sixth at 1-under 143, alongside Gaurika Bishnoi, who shot 73.
The final round will be a close contest, with only three shots separating the top seven players. The lead group will feature Sneha, Jasmine, and Amandeep, as they vie for the championship at this challenging course. The cut was made at 152, with 17 players advancing to the final round.
