Speaking of the same, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who is all set for the release of her upcoming film ‘Shaakuntalam,’ has been brutally trolled for her latest commercial advertisement. The ‘Oh! Baby’ actress starred in an alcohol ad that has left a certain section of people unimpressed.
Samantha can be seen wearing two ultramodern outfits in the ad. In fact, she has raised the hotness quotient with her stint in the clip. She opted for a glittery maroon strapless sequined crop top and high-waisted pants, and a white tube jumpsuit for the ad shoot. While the ad was supposed to be a light-hearted clip, netizens have objected to the dressing scenes of the actress. They didn’t take seconds to notice the advertisement and started trolling her on social media.
On the professional front, Samantha is gearing up for the release of Gunasekhar’s ‘Shaakuntalam,’ which is set to hit the screens soon. . The film also features Kabir Duhan Singh as the lead antagonist, who will reportedly play the character of King Asura, along with Dev Mohan, who will be seen essaying the role of Dushyanta. The film’s technical crew comprises Sekhar V. Joseph as the cinematographer and Prawin Pudi as the editor. Mani Sharma has been roped in to compose the tunes for this flick. She is currently busy with the shooting of ‘Yashoda.’ The film will be shot at multiple locations. It is produced under the banner of Sridevi Movies.
