Chief Minister’s Political Secretary and Honnali Legislative Assembly MLA Renukacharya’s personal ssistant Mahantesh staying in the Inspection Bungalow for the last 4 years, alleged Youth Congress President Prashant Balaji,
He was speaking at a press conference at Honnali.
Mahantesh has converted the room into a luxurious residence by keeping refrigerator, washing machine in the room. This matter was brought to the attention of Gangappa, Head of Public Works Department several times on behalf of NSUI and Youth Congress. He also replied to our letter regarding this matter and also admitted that Mahantesh, a personal assistant of the MLA, is living illegally without paying any rent. Balaji has warned that if the room is not vacated within ten days, a protest will be held. Youth Congress state spokesperson Darshan Balleshwar, NSUI taluk president Manoj Walajji, vice president Ashok were present at the press conference.
