BBMP holds Social Awareness Campaign on National Dengue Day

‘National Dengue Day’ program was organized by the Department of Family and Health Welfare. Department Commissioner D. Randeep and Dr. Trilok Chnadra, Special Commissioner of BBMP Health Department inaugurated the program on Monday.
Three primary health care centres, two health care workers and 5 private institutions / labs were honoured with certificate for their outstanding achievement in mosquito control.
Senior Provincial Director, Government of India Ravikumar.K, Director of Health and Family Welfare Services M. Indumathi, Chief Operating Officer Balasundar and other officials were present.
As part of the National Dengue Day, the department held a procession Social Awareness Campaign’ that started from MG Road Park till BBMP Head Office in Corporation Circle.
