RAICHUR
A man cut his genitals and committed suicide in Irkal village of Maski taluk.
The dead man is identified as Gyanappa (42). He was suffering from leg pain for several days and was unable to get proper treatment. He has committed suicide unable to bear the pain.
On gathering the information, Kavitala police visited the incident spot and verified, registered a case.
