‘K.G.F: Chapter 2’ trailer out on March 27th

As the countdown to the grand release of ‘K.G.F: Chapter 2’ continues, social media is only growing eager to know more about the film. The makers have been consistently engaging the fans, who have now been termed the ‘KGF Army’, and had promised to soon share a super exciting update following a lengthy and intense wait. Well, it would seem that the wait is finally over as the makers finally reveal the release date of the trailer.
Taking to social media, Prashanth Neel and Co. announced merrily that the ‘K.G.F: Chapter 2’ will be out on the 27th of March, exactly at 6:40 pm. “There is always a thunder before the storm!” wrote Neel in his tweet as he shared a special poster for the announcement. Quite naturally, the update was met with a tremendous response on social media as they all brace themselves for the eventual theatrical release of the film.
‘K.G.F: Chapter 2’ will release worldwide on the 14th of April and is set for a mega box office clash with the Aamir Khan starrer ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ and the Tamil film ‘Beast’, starring superstar Vijay.
The announcement comes on the back of persistent demand from the fans who had grown keen for new updates from the makers. Having sensed this urgency, the makers had very recently promised a “rollicking update” and urged the fans to stay tuned – the trailer can be expected to breathe life into their enthusiasm. The film will see Yash’s Rocky Bhai clash with the mighty Adheera played by Sanjay Dutt.
The team had recently met with Malayalam superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran to discuss the release plans of the Malayalam version. Prithviraj, as previously reported, stands as the sole distributor of ‘K.G.F: Chapter 2’ in Kerala and the actor, mighty impressed by the film, took to social media recently to express his excitement over the association.
