On Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed BJP booth workers in Jharkhand as part of the ‘Mera Booth, Sabse Mazboot’ initiative. He emphasized the state’s potential, but noted that corruption, mafia control, and poor governance have hindered its progress. Modi urged the workers to play a key role in liberating Jharkhand from these issues. He pointed out that despite its rich resources, the state struggles with poverty, high unemployment, and underdeveloped infrastructure, which has stalled tourism.

Modi stressed the need for a double-engine government to accelerate development, in line with the ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ vision. He praised the BJP workers’ efforts and urged them to continue engaging with grassroots communities. Modi announced that he would visit the state on November 13, coinciding with the first phase of elections.

He also discussed BJP’s manifesto, highlighting schemes like ‘Gogo Didi,’ which promises Rs 2,000 per month for women, and the Yuva Sathi Allowance. Modi criticized the Congress, JMM, and RJD for failing to deliver on their promises and assured the BJP would honor its commitments if elected.

As the election approaches, Modi encouraged workers to engage with the public and make voting a celebration, expressing confidence in the positive impact of BJP’s policies, particularly for women.
