The guarantee schemes given by the Congress government are temporary. Basavaraja Bommai has given a permanent guarantee in Shiggavi, said Bharat Bommai, the NDA candidate from Shiggavi assembly constituency. He spoke after canvassing for votes by going door-to-door in Mannoor of Shiggavi taluk.
We have given jobs to 5,000 girls here, this is a permanent guarantee. No one can take it away. The guarantees given by the Congress to come to power are temporary guarantees. We have given water for agriculture and drinking. We are doing permanent works, he said.
