The Chairman of the Guarantee Schemes Implementation Committee, Shri G. Krishnappa, announced that a phone number has been set up for the public to address issues related to five government guarantee schemes. The number 9480683972 is available for inquiries or complaints regarding the Shakti Yojana, Griha Lakshmi Yojana, Anna Bhagya Yojana, Griha Jyoti Yojana, and Yuva Shakti Yojana.
During a meeting focused on the implementation of these schemes in 28 Vidhan Sabha constituencies under BBMP’s jurisdiction, Shri G. Krishnappa urged the public to use this number to seek help or report problems. He emphasized that public grievances should be promptly reported to the nodal officers of the relevant departments. He stressed that issues should be reviewed and addressed to ensure that all eligible beneficiaries receive the benefits of these schemes.
The Vice-Chairmen of the Guarantee Scheme Implementation Committee, Janardhan, Ramesh H, Naushir Ahmed, and BS Gopal Krishna, were present at the meeting. Also in attendance were the Chairman of the Guarantee Schemes for 28 assembly constituencies, the Special Commissioner of the Administration Department, Member Secretary Avinash Menon Rajendran, and the nodal officers from the departments related to the guarantee schemes. The officials were urged to take immediate action on any complaints to ensure that the schemes function effectively and reach all intended beneficiaries.
