In Bhagautipur village, Uttar Pradesh, a troubling incident occurred where two girls, aged 18 and 15, were found hanging from a tree, according to Farrukhabad Police. SP Alok Priyadarshi reported that the girls, who were friends, used a single dupatta to hang themselves. The father of one victim, Pappu, recounted that after returning from a temple visit, he discovered the girls missing and later found out about their deaths from someone who visited the farm in the morning. He initially suspected foul play. The police believe the girls may have hanged themselves together, but the full details will be confirmed after the postmortem. A mobile phone and SIM card found at the scene are under investigation, and the family has filed a case seeking answers.
