In Kukke Subrahmanya town, in the background of smooth traffic, a rule has come into effect where fines have to be paid in case of violation of the newly implemented parking and traffic rules.
In order to control the vehicular traffic in the famous Yatra Kshetra Kukke Subrahmanya, the Subrahmanya Police Station held a meeting with the Kukke Subrahmanya Temple, Gram Panchayat, various departments and the public and implemented new parking and traffic rules. The new rule was publicized through a pilot phase, a preliminary phase. Since the new rule has already been announced in the city, it has been suggested to fine those who violate parking and traffic rules.
In this background, one-way entry from Kukke Subrahmanya Kashikatte to Rathbeedi Junction and one-way exit from Savari Mandapa to Kashikatte has been made. Parking is prohibited on both sides of the road from Kashikatte to Rathabidi Junction, and parking on one side is prohibited from Savari Mandapam to Kashikatte.
Violators of this rule and parking in prohibited areas will be fined. Vehicle wheels are also locked. At Subrahmanya, a one-way traffic sign and a guard of staff have been arranged to provide the first level of information to the tourists.
The new traffic and parking rule in Kukke Subrahmanya is at a successful stage and most of the people have appreciated the new rule. So now the violators are being fined. In the background of smooth traffic in the city, everyone should follow the traffic and parking rules compulsorily, Police Deputy Inspector Karthik said.Violation of parking rules will be fined Rs 1 thousand for all types of vehicles. 500 rupees for all types of vehicles if they violate the one-way traffic rule.
