MLA Vedavyas Kamath has demanded that the Governor should immediately resign from his position and cooperate with the investigation so that the Chief Minister Siddaramaiah can be investigated in connection with the Mysore MUDA scandal.

Speaking at a press conference, he gave support by pelting stones at a bus in Mangaluru and creating an atmosphere of fear among the public. He accused the state government of creating anarchy in Mangaluru.

Kamath criticized the police department for being inactive to the extent that the police gave bail to the accused in the station while the woman who was injured in the stone pelting was being treated in the hospital.

Demand for action against Ivan: A sumoto case should have been filed against anti-Dalit Congressmen like MLC Ivan D’Souza, who has said that he will besiege the Governor’s office like the riots in Bangladesh.

Earlier, the police had registered a sumoto case against Siddaramaiah because someone had scribbled on social media. Why not now.  It is unforgivable for people who cannot stand for election to speak against the governor. The MLAs demanded that an atrocity case should also be registered for insulting the governor along with the corruption case.

BJP leaders Ramesh Kandettu, Premananda Shetty, Nitin Kumar, Sanjay Prabhu, Purnima, Diwakakar Pandeshwar, Ramesh Hegde, Ashwit Kottari and others were present.
