Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is set to visit Prayagraj to review preparations for Mahakumbh 2025, focusing on the ongoing construction projects. During his visit, CM Yogi will inaugurate a newly built control room at the Municipal Corporation, which will serve as a key hub for several important services, including Solid Waste Management, Public Grievance resolution, and the Prayagraj Smart City Office.

The preparations for Mahakumbh 2025 are progressing rapidly, with a dedicated Mahakumbh city being developed in the Sangam area to accommodate millions of devotees. As part of this, the Municipal Corporation is also working on beautifying the city to enhance the overall experience.

The new control room building, constructed at a cost of Rs 14 crore, will allow real-time monitoring of cleanliness across the city through CCTV cameras. The Solid Waste Control Room will ensure high standards of sanitation during the event, while the Public Grievance Control Room will address residents’ complaints swiftly. Additionally, the building will host the Prayagraj Smart City Office, making it a central point for managing various city operations.

This state-of-the-art facility is the first of its kind in Uttar Pradesh and reflects CM Yogi’s commitment to creating a clean and well-managed environment for the upcoming Mahakumbh.
