Four fined Rs 500 each for climbing dangerous hill

Cases of death due to craze of reels are being reported frequently. In this background, tourists are being restricted in dangerous places. However, some tourists are showing irresponsibility, avoiding the eyes of the district administration and the district police department.
In the name of monsoon trip, they are having fun without following the warning. Tourists are not paying attention even though the locals have warned that if they slip on the hilly areas, it is a life-threatening slip. Climbing the pyramid shaped hill is very difficult even in torrential rain. Among them, some youths climbed a life-threatening hill in Charmadi Ghati of Mudigere taluk and were caught by the police.
The police brought down the four youths who climbed the hill and sent them away with a fine of 500 rupees each. He has warned that strict action will be taken if he is caught again.
Roaming on inaccessible paths near waterfalls, frolicking in ghat areas, stopping vehicles in the middle of the road and dancing are common in this part. Despite daily patrolling by the police, people’s irresponsible behavior continues.
