The Korea AeroSpace Administration (KASA) announced plans to invest 380.8 billion won (approximately $274.8 million) over the next seven years to develop three industrial parks dedicated to the space industry. According to sources, this investment will support the creation of an industrial complex focused on space vehicles.

Additionally, two more industrial parks will be established for the development of civilian satellites and for training professionals in the space sector, as stated by KASA. These initiatives are part of South Korea’s ambitious goals to land a domestically built spacecraft on the Moon by 2032 and on Mars by 2045, reflecting the country’s substantial commitment to advancing space exploration.
