State govt harasses RTI workers who exposed MUDA scam: HD Kumaraswamy Alleges

Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy has accused that the state government is harassing the RTI activists who exposed the scam of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s family in MUDA.
In a media statement released by him, he said in a media statement about this, that the opposition who questioned the scandals was crushed in the legislature. He also alleged that the RTI workers engaged in truth-seeking are being repressed by misusing their power.
The Congress has targeted RTI activists who exposed the scam of the chief minister’s family in MUDA, Congressmen have filed a police complaint against the RTI activists with the sole ulterior motive of protecting the Chief Minister’s family in the alleged position. The Union Minister has criticized this play as if it is like a pumpkin thief touching his shoulder.
It is not possible to strangle the truth by using police force, he said. He also added that the documents found in the hands of the people on the street are clearly telling real hand of MUDA scam. He complained that the state Congress party is doing politics of revenge against the RTI activists who have exaggerated the truth.
