Fight Between Two Communities In The Bakrid Peace Meeting

During a peace meeting called on the occasion of Bakrid festival, two groups of Muslim community clashed in the office premises of DySP in Gangavati city of the district.

In the background of Bakrid festival, the police department called a peace meeting in the police station premises to prevent any untoward incident in the city. Former MLA Iqbal Ansari’s supporters raised objections when sitting MLA Gali Janardana Reddy’s close friend Ali Khan offered to speak. Due to this, an argument took place between the two groups in front of the police and a fight broke out.

 A fight took place in the peace meeting by the supporters of the current MLA and the former MLA. Ali Khan lodged a complaint with the police station about the attack on Ali Khan by Iqbal Ansari’s supporters. Ansari’s supporters attacked without allowing him to speak at the peace meeting.

Janardhana Reddy, Iqbal Ansari, who is like a political snake-mongoose. During the last Assembly and Lok Sabha elections, the two leaders had insulted each other. Due to this, the same feud continued between the supporters of the two leaders and Ali Khan was not allowed to speak and a fight took place.
