In response to increasing travel demand, the South Western Railway (SWR) has announced the operation of 15 tri-weekly summer special trains connecting SMVT Bengaluru and Kalaburagi.
Scheduled to run from May 27 to June 27, train number 06261 will depart from SMVT Bengaluru every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 11:50 pm, traversing via Sri Sathya Sai Prasanthi Nilayam. Similarly, train number 06262 will depart from Kalaburagi every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 4:50 pm, operating from May 28 to June 28.
