Regarding installation of gas pipeline, MLAs Tanveer Sait, GT Devegowda, SA Ramadas and others have been convinced.  This will be installed in about 27 kms of ring road.  The work has been entrusted to AG & P company of Singapore.  Registration process has started in Chamaraja constituency.  The gas pipeline will be installed to a greater extent in Chamaraja sector.  There is a necessity of Greater Mysuru project requiring larger projects including metro, he said.

The process in this regard was started during 2020.  Due to Covid pandemic, the project could not be continued.  The planning has been done for the future 100-200 years.  Mysuru should not become like Bengaluru.  Mysuru also needs Metro, he said.
The Devaraja market is in a dilapidated state, and a campaign has been launched by the Mysuru dynasty to save the market. We get an opinion on this issue. We are indebted to the Maharaja of Mysuru.  We need the protection of Mysuru dynasty, he said.

Hindus have never pelted stoned on Muslims procession.  However, Muslims have thrown stones on Hindu processions.  In this context, the Muslims have to change their attitude.  Pelting stones has become the culture of muslims.  Other religions including Christians, Parsi do not throw stones.  Only muslims are throwing stones in processions of other religions, he alleged.

BJP City president Srivathsa, local leaders Vaneesh, Girish, Somasundar were present.
