BWSSB has scheduled a phone-in program to address citizens’ concerns regarding water issues. The event, featuring BWSSB Chairman V. Ram Prasath Manohar, is set to take place on coming Friday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
During the program, members of the public are encouraged to directly discuss various water-related challenges in their respective zones/areas. These issues include problems related to drinking water availability, wastewater discharge from sewer pipes/sinkholes, as well as concerns regarding water metering and billing.
Citizens can participate by contacting the telephone numbers provided: 080-22945119 and 080-22229639. Consumers with water connections are urged to mention their RR number when registering complaints.
