Former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda, who is turning 92 on May 18 has decided not to celebrate his birthday this time. He has requested the activists and well-wishers that no one come to their residence to wish them good luck. Sources in the party said that Deve Gowda, who is suffering due to the current events, is staying away from the birthday celebrations this time.
Deve Gowda, who has released a press release in this regard, is completing 91 years on the 18th of this month and entering the 92nd spring, Due to some reasons I am not celebrating my birthday. Therefore, he said that everyone should make a wish from where they are.
He also requested that everyone should work sincerely for the victory of JD(S)-BJP candidates in the ongoing Legislative Council elections and everyone should perform their duties with commitment to the party organisation.
