On the occasion of Dr T M A Pai’s 126th birth anniversary, the inauguration of the Dr Ramdas M Pai Block was conducted by MAHE trustee Vasanthi R Pai, in the presence of Dr Ranjan R Pai, Chairman of MEMG and President of MAHE Trust. The block is intended to revolutionize medical and healthcare services, aiming to deliver personalized, high-quality patient care.
Since its establishment in 1961, Kasturba Hospital has served a large number of patients, adhering to the vision of its founder, Late Padmashree Dr TMA Pai, to provide affordable healthcare of high standards to all sections of society. Under the leadership of MAHE’s Dr Ramdas M Pai, the hospital has continuously upgraded its services to enhance medical education and care quality.
Now, the hospital endeavors to enhance its services further by introducing the Dr Ramdas M Pai Block. This new facility aims to provide premium services, including sample collection, diagnostics, and day care procedures, along with a state-of-the-art Bi-plane Cath lab for interventional radiology procedures.The inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of dignitaries such as Dr H S Ballal, Pro Chancellor of MAHE Manipal, Dr H Sudharshan Ballal, Chairman of Manipal Health Enterprises Private Limited, Lt Gen (Dr) M D Venkatesh, Vice Chancellor of MAHE Manipal, Dr Sharath Kumar Rao, Pro Vice Chancellor (Health Sciences) of MAHE Manipal, and Dr Giridhar Kini, Registrar of MAHE Manipal.
