In a friendly football match held at London’s iconic Wembley Stadium on Saturday, Brazil secured a 1-0 victory over England, thanks to a late tap-in goal scored by their teenage sensation, Endrick. The match saw the hosts controlling the first half, creating numerous opportunities but failing to convert them into goals. Early in the game, an impressive attempt by England’s Phil Foden narrowly missed the target.

Despite England’s dominance in the first half, the Brazilian defense held firm, keeping the score level at 0-0 going into halftime. In the second half, England continued to press forward, with Declan Rice initiating a promising goal-scoring opportunity from a set piece, only to be thwarted by the Brazilian goalkeeper.

Brazil, however, gradually found their rhythm, with Vinicius Jr. and Bruno Guimaraes combining well to create chances. In the 80th minute, Vinicius Jr.’s shot was held off by England’s goalkeeper, Jordan Pickford, but Endrick was alert to the opportunity, slotting the ball home from close range to give Brazil the lead.

Despite Endrick coming close to scoring a second goal, Pickford denied him in the dying moments of the game. Ultimately, it was Brazil who emerged victorious, clinching the win with Endrick’s decisive goal.
