PM Modi Urges Top Digital Content Creators To Start ‘Create On India Movement’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi issued a rallying cry to the nation’s foremost digital content creators, urging them to spearhead a ‘Create on India Movement’ aimed at showcasing India’s products and vibrant cultural heritage to the global stage. Recognizing outstanding contributions across diverse categories, several individuals received accolades during the inaugural National Creators Award ceremony held at the Bharat Mandapam in the capital. Among the recipients, Pankhti Pandey was honored as the ‘Green Champion,’ Keerthika Govindasamy as the ‘Best Storyteller,’ Maithili Thakur as the ‘Cultural Ambassador of the Year,’ Gaurav Chaudhary as the ‘Best Creator in Tech Category,’ and Kamiya Jani as the ‘Favorite Travel Creator.’ Prime Minister Modi commended the creative power of the awardees, emphasizing their potential to catalyze the country’s progress by spotlighting the essence of ‘New India.’

Highlighting India’s strides in semiconductor manufacturing and the recent approval of the Rs 10,300 crore IndiaAI Mission, PM Modi expressed confidence in the nation’s youth and pledged support to surmount obstacles hindering their path to success. He urged content creators to champion India’s ethos and advocate the ‘vocal for local’ initiative, utilizing AI to disseminate content in diverse languages and showcase India’s innovations and attractions to a global audience. Moreover, PM Modi underscored the role of content creators in illuminating India’s rich heritage, including ancient artifacts unearthed by the Archaeological Survey of India, while emphasizing the imperative of empowering women and rectifying gender dsisparities. He urged creators to foster positivity among schoolchildren and alleviate exam stress through engaging content. The National Creators Award serves as a platform to celebrate creativity’s transformative impact across domains, ranging from storytelling to environmental sustainability and education. With over 1.5 lakh nominations received and 10 lakh votes cast across 20 categories, the awards signify a collective endeavor to harness creativity for positive change.
