Hindu leader Satyajit Surathkal is seeking BJP ticket in this Lok Sabha election. He openly said this at the district level fans’ rights conference held in Bantwala.

After talking to media persons, he hinted that if ticket is not given, he will contest independently. Satyajit Surathkal, State President of Narayanguru Forum, said that it is the unanimous demand of thousands of workers that BJP should give an opportunity to contest for Lok Sabha this time for people like me who have worked hard to get justice for Hindutva and backward classes for the last 26 years in the undivided Dakshina Kannada district, which is known as the experimental school of Hindutva.

He presided over the programme and spoke at the Janagraha convention. BJP is a disciplined party and one should be allowed to contest for two or three terms only.

Some self-interested persons of the party who neglected me for the last 6 years without giving me any responsibility expressed regret that the government has also called back the security personnel provided to me. He demanded that I should be allowed to contest for the Lok Sabha this time as I have been denied the opportunity to contest for the seat of MLA many times in the past and never indulged in insider politics.

He said that tricolor flag and Bhagwadhwaja should be flown all over the country without compromising the principles of the party taught by Dr. Shyam Prasad Mukherjee, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Dr. VS Acharya.
