CM Siddaramaiah is coming to the city to inaugurate the development projects we have done. Former Minister HD Revanna criticized that plans were given to the district during the tenure of Deve Gowda and Kumaraswamy and not in the Congress government.
Speaking to media persons in the city on Monday, he said, Chief Minister will inaugurate the works we have done. He alleged that the district collector has ordered all the officials to bring so many people.
Buildings which are already serving the people constructed during our period are being inaugurated twice. It has been one year since the inauguration of our cattle hospital. Deputy Commissioner is saying that let’s inaugurate that too. He expressed his displeasure that what was inaugurated was being re-inaugurated and it was the same job for the Deputy Commissioner.
Deve Gowda and Kumaraswamy have contributed to Arasikere Constituency, when JD(S) was in power, we built an engineering college and roads, but now the officials have reduced themselves to the work of bringing people. No one is doing the work of farmers, who are dying. What new work has this government given to the district. Neither the District Collector nor the Chief Secretary is worried about the farmers of the district, except that they have given a couple of jobs to Arasiker MLC Suraj Revanna was present.
